YOUR SHOE GENIE offers free shipping on all eligible orders across India. No minimum cart value is required unless specified during special promotions.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Our standard delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or non-serviceable areas may experience additional delays.

We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure reliable and safe deliveries across the country.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with the tracking number and carrier details. You can track your package directly via the courier’s website.

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, courier issues, or holidays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. YOUR SHOE GENIE is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
