Return & Replacement Policy
1. No Refunds β Only Replacements
We do not offer refunds under any condition. Only replacements will be provided for qualifying cases such as damaged or incorrect items. Please return damaged or defective product within 3-4 days from the date of delivery.
2. Valid Proof Required
To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear, uncut 360Β° unboxing video showing the issue. This is the only valid form of proof accepted.
3. Time Limit for Reporting
You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
4. Replacement Process
Once your replacement request is reviewed and approved based on the submitted unboxing video, we will deliver the replacement product within 3β5 business days. You will be notified via email or WhatsApp with tracking details.
5. Replacement Eligibility
Replacements are issued only if:
- The product received is damaged or incorrect.
- You provide a 360Β° unboxing video as proof.
- The item is unused and in original packaging.
- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Non-Replacement Conditions
We do not accept replacements for:
- Incorrect size chosen by the customer.
- Claims without a valid 360Β° unboxing video.
- Used, worn, or damaged items after delivery.

8. Shipping Charges for Replacements
If the error is on our end (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs. For other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
